I want to know why I get charged unnecessary shipping frees. One package but paying for five separate shipping charges. Another way to scheme more money from unsuspecting customers. When I say I just want to return it due to me almost paying more in shipping then the items the representative says it’ll be a over $6 charge out of my refund. Fool me once shame on you. Won’t fool me again. You guys lost a good paying customer happy it was early in the beginning!

I don’t understand why I didn’t receive a letter for money I supposedly owed. Absurd to get a threatening letter from a debt collector which I should not pay for damaged jewelry. The customer service has been terrible every time I’ve ordered something. Very rude!!!!
