THE JEWELRY CHANNEL

We initially launched as The Jewelry Channel (TJC) in 2007. And even at the outset, our commitment was to Exceptional Quality, Exquisite Designs, and Outstanding Value. Our early focus was on luxury products at our now everyday low price. However, the initial demand was not there. After just over a year of broadcasting, the decision was made to rebuild our concept to connect better with our audience. As we were currently in a national recession, the decision was made to become the value leader in jewelry and lifestyle products. At the start of 2009, TJC was reborn as Liquidation Channel.

LC: A NEW STATION, A NEW FORMAT

As The Jewelry Channel, the focus was built around offering incredible savings on high-end jewelry items. With the restructuring that occurred, it was apparent that a new format would be required. Initially launching with jewelry only, Liquidation Channel incorporated lifestyle products into the Lifestyle Connection programming. Later, home décor, beauty products, and watches were added to the product line. Also, the selection of jewelry substantially expanded. It became easy for viewers to find jewelry, lifestyle products, home décor, and beauty products that suit any budget when shopping with LC! On January 9, 2017, Liquidation Channel evolved into Shop LC.

SHOP LC: DELIVERING JOY

After experiencing steady growth over the years, Liquidation Channel officially rebranded itself as Shop LC in early 2017. Shop LC means ‘shop low cost,’ and this reflects what our audience loves to do! Since then, the Shop LC business model has evolved into a more expansive shopping experience. Beyond jewelry and gemstones, precious metals and collectibles, Shop LC added handbags and fashion accessories, healthcare and beauty essentials. Nowadays, viewers can find cooking and kitchen supplies as well as luxurious, comfortable bedding and bath products for the whole family.
