It’s getting to be that time of year to pull out our cozy apparel and dust off the holiday décor. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year! It is a time for transition and change; a chance to get cozy and spruce up the home for the upcoming holidays. In a state like Texas that does not have much of a Fall, there are a few things I like to do in my home to make it feel more festive.
Liven Up with Living Coral
Changing up your color palette in the home can be a great way to transition to the holiday season.
Refresh a Room with Fresh Textiles
Refreshing your home with new sheets, bedspreads, or pillows is a great way to change the look of a room completely. You can stick to neutrals and just add a pop of color for a great fashionable feel.
Prepping Your Holiday Kitchen
New gadgets for the kitchen are essential for preparing for the holidays. There are so many exceptional items to make your life easier when preparing a great Thanksgiving dinner. If you have all the right tools, preparing those delicious holiday meals will be a breeze!
Scents and Fragrance for Fall
Candles are a great way to add Fall smells to your home! There are so many great scents to choose from that exude a crisp Autumn feel. Walking into your home to a great smelling candle is the perfect way to get in the holiday spirits!
Taking Fall On-the-Go
Another way I like to transition for the season is by picking out a new handbag. A neutral leather hobo bag or a printed tote are great options to refresh your look and style for the new season.
New Fall Accessories
And what new season would be complete without some new fall fashion pieces? Changing out your wardrobe is the easiest way to welcome the new season! Finding that perfect cozy sweater or a new hat and scarf will transform your look.
