There is only one Earth. And it’s important to care for it. There are no do-overs. Therefore, we need collective, transformative action on a global scale to do protect our planet. Shop LC is ready to do its part for World Environment Day.
Right now, Earth faces a triple threat. Our climate is heating quicker than we can adapt. Estimates suggest that one million species are threatened with extinction. And pollution threatens our land, air, and water. Thankfully, we can all do our part to help.

WHAT IS WORLD ENVIROMENT DAY?
There are solution and technology available to help us shift away from this crisis. By transforming our society, we can create a more sustainable, equitable, and fair. We can become more in-tune with the natural world. World Environment Day recognizes this.
Since 1974, June 5 is World Environment Day. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) helps build public outreach about build environmental awareness.
For 2022, #OnlyOneEarth is the campaign. According to the UNEP, “it calls for collective, transformative action on a global scale to celebrate, protect and restore our planet.”
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
In 2015, the United Nations adopted a new approach. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development established a number of goals to help us restore the natural world by the end of this decade.
In fact, there are 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
